Luxury Homes Searches in Arkansas-00-3888

By: Steve Krieg

As a Realtor in Rogers, AR, I have grown increasingly disturbed at the sloppy
quality of luxury homes NW AR. It appears that there is a closing
dropout rate approaching 27% for residences that
can't pass a home inspection. This is a disturbingly alarming statistic, especially when
we consider the reality that home inspectors are only hired with
almost 50% of the purchases. Mold and moisture intrusion are in the most substantial
deal destroyers in luxury homes NW AR.
I think this can all be due to lack of education. During the explosion
era, contractors became builders quite fast. Many went from remodel work or the
building of smaller houses right into the
building of luxury homes NW AR valued at several hundred thousand dollars, without
adequate training. Another factor is the quite obvious building style
shift that occured before and leading up to the boom. Somewhere along the way we
shifted from a community that was quite content with our plain 4/12
pitch roofs to a society consumed with an unigue ensemble of 12/12 and 14/12 pitch
roofs resulting in an overstockof luxury homes NW AR. These structual
adjustments resulted in inexperienced contractors. When you have pitchy roofs, you have wall differences, abnormal pop outs, more open
vertical surface, and the biggest problems of all....complicated dead valleys.
These inadequacies are all quite managable, for the true expert, to get
right in the first place for our luxury homes NW AR. However, the lack of
knowledge has ended up in an explosion of horribly built,
moisture affected luxury homes NW AR. The answer is only to make sure you
hire a contractor who has survived the test of time. Experience in
moisture intrusion is a prerequisite in any unit, especially luxury
homes NW AR
. I'm afraid the worst part of the problem has yet to reveal
itself. Consider the many luxury homes NW AR that have not demonstrated their issues so far. My counsel is to talk to a
qualified contractor or home inspector if a qualified contractor is not obtainable before
you build any luxury homes NW AR. I would also suggest everyone who is currently
occupying one of these buildings to spend the cash and have your house
inspected asap to safeguard your future.
